Main Screen:
This screen shows pictures
and build codes for the part that is in front of the operator.
It also contains process instructions containing specific
information for the current part type and how to assemble
the part.
This screen
uses a Digital Video Viewer. The video can be anything from
a part type specific video of how to assemble the part to
a full blown training video for the entire station.
The ARKK PVA software
packages are easily adaptable to any manual build process. By
combining pictures and videos the operators quickly learn
how to use the system and can manually error proof the build
sequence by comparing the product to the picture.
